Steak Night!

If you're going to spend Friday night staying in then I can't think of many better ways to spend the night. 2 pepper crusted steaks with champ mash and caramelised onions in a red wine reduction. Pretty obvious that presentation has never been my strong point but I wasn't going to waste time making it look pretty for the camera when all I wanted to do was eat it!
