THE END RESULT

Yesterday evening I glued the bridge back on - had to remove it:

1. Because it had been badly re-glued by an amateur cowboy.
2. Because yesterday's "flipot" would have been impossible with the bridge in place!

Glad to say that when she was strung up this morning, this 125 year old lady came out with a very bright, warm sound.

This is taken on Ray's workbench - as you can see, the tidiest in the workshop! Ray is our resident Scotsman & an accident who unerringly finds a venue... I told him I was going to write about this & he said generously, "Be my guest!"
