Munich underground: 42/100 Karl-Preis-Platz

Today's entry in my underground series is Karl-Preis-Platz underground station, a station so ugly, the photo had to involve a moving train and an exceptional perspective to make it sufferable. The stop was opened in 1980 and shares much of the "design" elements with the other stations of the early 1980s, like Josephsplatz station or Hohenzollernplatz station. The stop at Karl-Preis-Platz is located right inbetween Giesing underground station and the stop at Innsbrucker Ring, two other real beauties...

I guess not all stations can be aesthetic.
