New hat

After painting class today (geez, what a class that was- had to re-do virtually my whole painting because I had incorrectly painted the angles on a plate. Why did I pick a plate that wasn't round???) I met Joel for dinner and will spend the night at his hotel (he's working temporarily out of town) before a friend and I hit the road for a little pleasure trip. I've packed plenty of knitting.
