Red Admiral

I was surprised to see this Red Admiral amongst the bracken and fallen oak leaves up on the Deri this morning, but apparently it's common to see them into November.

Just a quick, short walk for me today. Getting in training for my next Big Trip. I have just booked my flights! I am going to keep you guessing for a few days about where I'm going.

Even bigger news today - I've got a letter in the i newspaper!!
