Searching for Conkers

Last day of school for BB today. He has a week off. When I was at school these were the tattie holidays – when you went to pick tatties and made some money. That line of work has long gone, with machines now taking the strain.

We had a few chores to do after school, before heading home to pack bags. We are heading up north to a cottage with granny and granddad. I don’t think we will have internet access, so no blips till we return.
