Macro Mini Mollusc...it's a long way down...!

Today's blipertunity arose when I was washing freshly-picked rocket from the garden. I noticed a dark round object in amongst it, about 3mm in diameter. When I looked closely I realised it was a tiny baby snail.

Well what is a blipper to do in such circumstances? - get the macro lens out of course!

You can see how tiny the little fella is by comparing him (?or her) to my fingernail.

I think I'll name him Brian; fans of The Magic Roundabout will know why :)
