This is it. The weekly newspaper advert sums it up. I'm not sure which river these folk fell into but I'm pretty sure that none suffered terribly - if they had it might have been mentioned. This is a weekly paper too, not a daily that might be a push to fill. I resisted the temptation to buy the paper for more details but I cannot find this story on their website.
