Watching the world go by

People watching. It's one of those things I haven't really had the time for, for the past 3 years or so. Today the sun was shining so I went out into the city for my lunch. I found a nice sunny spot near the undercover market and just sat eating my sandwiches whilst watching people go about their everyday lives. I find it very relaxing and strangely quite enjoyable. You never know what you're going to see, and in some ways are privy to just a snapshot of someone else's life. I could've sat there for ages but soon it was time to go back to the office.

I've survived my first full week at work. Just two more to go. The kiddies have done excellently at nursery. Little man has settled in so much quicker than I thought he would. He's also slept through for the last 3 nights (touching all the wood I can find so I don't jinx it!) And it's the weekend! Everything is looking good.
