Minister Kathleen Lynch talking at the launch of a bibliotherapy scheme today in our HQ. She's a local woman and spoke from the heart. It was good to hear. It's a scheme where books and other material on mental health, stress, anxiety, depression, suicide are made available in special collections. All stuff which has been reviewed by health professionals, psychotherapists, psychologists as opposed to 18,000 hits on Google for your search term. It might help give some people back some control in their minds somewhere.
