Plank plank plank

No no that's not these three chap's names...

This was a very amusing 5 minutes where they had to

• plank for a minute (one of them (the tallest) cried)
• back plank for a minute (one of them (the tallest) cried)
• claw press ups for 10 metres (all of them (including the tallest) cried).

I thoroughly enjoyed these 5 minutes I must say
