A Life of Laughter

Home-Made Nandos!

Ridiculously early start today as Rory had to be in work for 8 o'clock, so after we'd breakfasted and said goodbye, I decided it would be wise just to cracking on with prepping dinner and uni reading.

About 11 o'clock, the reality of the uni deadlines hit me hard as I realised that I've two pieces of coursework (one essay, one dissertation chapter) due on the same day, another piece of coursework due a week later and exams the week after that. The panic set in further when I realised that the weekend before the deadlines begin is the weekend of Wicked and also Rory's birthday...I shall just have to be super organised!

After I finished my uni reading, I decided to do some chores around Rory's cottage. There may have been dancing involved in the process of doing the dishes!

When Rory got home from work, he wanted us to go our for a run, much to my protest! The route he took us is insanely beautiful so it was definitely worth it...we even ran past some highland coos!

Rory made us a home cooked nandos, which was absolutely yummy! It was almost as good as a Nandos and for the price it cost us to make, much more affordable! Safe to say that he'll be forced into making it again!

We spent the night curled up on the sofa, in a blanket with the fire roaring and watching Brave. I do love that there is a red headed, Scottish princess in the Disney crew (being a red headed Scot, I am not biased at all). We also watched an awesome biking film before heading to bed.
