To my great surprise, warnings and coloured tape have appeared on some sidewalks in our downtown. I encountered this particular view today while on my way to my lawyer's office. I am not certain what the purpose really is. Is it to direct city staff to fix the cracks that the tape covers? Is the tape and warnings to save people from injury on the sidewalks?
