Dr. S Cake #2

The ever-generous Dr. S bestowed upon me a second Fol Epi cake in two months. Raspberry chocolate ganache this time (chocolate hazelnut mousse last time).

His email said it was to reward my hard work on his project. It's so unusual to be recognized for work that is expected of you these days that my first thought was: "does he know I get paid for this?". What a lovely man! And maybe one day I'll be half as smart as him.
