Coffee Break at the Conference

I attended the conference Hazards, Risks and Voluntary GI. It was really interesting. The last presentation was about the improvement of data collection of volcanic eruptions in the last ten years. The presenter showed us a satellite photo from this morning and it showed clearly the gas cloud hanging over Reykjavík. The foreign guests joked that they didn't want to go for the planned field trip after seeing that.

We got such a lot of food that all these cookies were not eaten.
We had an "incident" in badminton. E. was so upset with a supposed net touch that he walked out on us. Fortunately only five minutes remained of his slot and then an other guy stepped in so we could continue playing.
