Aliens have landed . . .

. . . Archery tonight started to come together for all of us. We all hit Golds at least once.

The group has slimmed down to 10 (probably due to Mr shouty last week!)

According to our instructor I'm a little tense, and need to remember :

to keep my knees slightly bent
to raise the back elbow slightly
to point front hand at target
not to be too scrunched up
don't aim until pulling
to roll the shoulders
to keep head upright
to touch chin at the right place
not to move my head
to avoid twanging forearm
to exhale at the last moment

but most of all . . . relax!!!
