'Computer says no'

Laptop's gone bang!

So, it's gone to the IT experts at head office in Bristol to be put on intensive care. It seems the hard drive has died but fortunately we have this whizzy synchronising cloud thingy so nothing is lost and I just jump on another computer log in as me and carry on regardless. Clever, eh?
