Virginia Waters
I rarely make time to concentrate on photography but today was an exception. After I dropped my granddaughter and her friends at Thorpe Park, I visited Virginia Waters. Its the first time I've been there in over forty years.
After a tasty bacon roll and coffee, I wandered a few hundred yards over a couple of hours. I spent a lot of time trying to get good images of cormorants but failed to get close enough or to lose distracting backgrounds. The shot I finally chose shows the opposite shore with the beginnings of autumn colours. The cormorants will have to wait for another day.
