Stormy Sky

Firstly, apologies for being behind with my comments. The internet was painfully slow yesterday and we did nip out to the pub to meet friends at 9 p.m.

Today I've planted some bulbs in pots and covered them over so "Buttons" doesn't dig them up or bury her nuts. Thank you all for your suggestions yesterday.

I've also been unpicking the header tape from one of a pair of new and very large curtains intended for the back of the lounge patio doors. They are seven and a half inches too long and it's easier to shorten them from the top than the bottom.

This afternoon we've been across town to see the grandchildren, and this was the sky as we drove there. I thought it was quite impressive.

Steak pie tonight, so pastry to make. Yummy.
