Napkin Head

What a busy day. Joe was out walking with his friends so we were up before 7am and then I was in the gym pretty much for opening where I managed to run 2 miles in 20 minutes. I really outdid myself and smashed my PB. Back home for some marking and then off to visit Lynsey and the kids for an afternoon of pizza and madness. Lynsey really is crazy but that is why I love her. She can always make me laugh. This is where she was being Mr Napkin Head to entertain us all whilst we waited for pizza. This isn't the only good thing about Lyns, she also makes a great cup of tea!
