"Folks tell a tale, tale of the corn"

Well today was obviously a slow day if the only thing I had worthy of a photo was an ear of corn! I was trying to 'be good' with the old diet again and I was trying to bring a bit of Mexico into my kitchen. I ate a lot of corn when I was in Mexico City and they grilled it on its husk like this and then covered it with chili powder, lime juice, salt and cheese. I just had the lime and chili on mine today. I need another holiday. Mexico was so long ago. I must get away more often, it really gets to me when I haven't been away for a while. Must book something soon.
