Nightfall ..

that time when day is fast turning into night and the sky has an indescribable brightness before the light goes, the sun has gone and leaves the faintest of tinges in the clouds on the top of the distant hills and you get that feeling isn't it such a nice evening to end a lovely day ....
This scene reminded me of a camp fire song we used to sing at Guides called

Barges ...
"Out of my window glowing in the night,
I can see the barges flickering light,
Silently flows the river to the sea,
And the barges to go quietly"
