Welcome Home

My parents got back from a 5 1/2 week European adventure today. They have been gone for more than half of Lincoln's life so they were very pleased to see him again. Unfortunately it was quite hot today so he was grouchy and unsettled most of the day and didn't give them many smiles.
The plane pulled up to the gate as we parked the car so we ran inside to get some brunch before they cleared customs. Our rushing was totally unnecessary though because it was 50 minutes until they came out. Hot and bothered and all tired, we headed to their place to quickly look at the shopping before going to a family get together. A very busy day!
