Derwentwater and Latrigg from Skiddaw

After the guests left, I watched the grand prix quali session, then thought as it was a nice day, I'd take a walk rather than just lying around all afternoon. Drove to latrigg, and walked up Little Man and Skiddaw, glorious sunshine most of the way - even when I reached the top I was still in the sun - for 10 minutes, then a cloud deposited itself over the top and visibility disappeared!

I didn't have to walk far on the descent to get back in sunlight, and as I got a bit lower was treated to this view complete with crepuscular rays over Derwentwater.

Worth viewing large (I think!)
