A very strange day

The morning/day after the night/early morning before...

I feel like a bit of a square peg in a round hole - most people around me don't seem to know what all the fuss is/was about - but those I keep in touch with from a distance are very very bothered about the whole thing. I feel somewhat relieved in a sense - and then somewhat furious, disappointed and despondent in turn.

Thoroughly mixed up, obviously. No idea where we go from here.
