Rain Water Everywhere!!!

In October lots of restaurants are part of tennerfest the Channel Islands famous fixed price food promotion. It's a great opportunity to try different places at more reasonable prices. Jersey has always had a lot of good places to eat, but some of them are quite pricey.

So, as my sister was still over we'd thought it was a good opportunity to try out this year's tennerfest for a family meal. We booked an early table for 10 of us at Cafe Firefly at the Durrell Wildlife Park. It would have been lovely if we'd had yesterday's weather so we could have sat outside on the decking. Today was a complete washout as you can see in the photo.
