Ginger plant

Blipped this before as a little seedling - now potted on (hoping to harvest the root next year) and growing taller.

I managed to keep an avocado plant for 3 years and there's a lemon tree on the mantlepiece (think so anyway) - and a passion fruit vine in another room - all grown from kitchen scraps.
