Another Rippingale sunset

I was just starting to create a triptych from some shots I had taken when I had to nip into the kitchen to check on the dinner. I spotted this out of the window! A quick dash back for my camera, and out of the back door. I managed to get a few shots before the sunset had almost disappeared. It is unbelievable how quickly it changed.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to set up the tripod. It is quite nice in large though.

Maybe I'll retake the shots I was intending to blip and do a triptych tomorrow - unless mother nature provides another unexpected spectacle.
