an on the road picture from our day out to the South side of Crete at the Lybian Sea. gorgeous weather as you can tell and Summerly to us from Northern Europe.
I did not swim as I did not know we go here for our daytrip and my greek companions told me they did not dare to swim here this Summer and today as a little further on at sea the chemical weapons from Syria were dismantled since June and the sea here was/is used as waste basket ~ people fear contamination from the depleated chemicals. Their protest was not listened to by the government as they were pressed to accept money (to clear off some of the debts) and thus the depleation happened in greek waters...
