A depressing building

This building was built many years ago in an effort to develop a seafront in what was a small village. This never materialised, the premises became a nightclub in the 80s, since then it has been unoccupied and was vandalised. It is owned by the Local authority and is boarded up. Eighteen months ago it was due to be sold for re-development , as yet nothing has happened. Yet there are plans to build houses on valuable farm land in the local green belt.
