Bright and Beautiful

I'm most definitely NOT talking about the weather which has been horrid, grey and wet all day. I took this from the comfort of my car ( through the open window) in a small country car park. I decided to blip it for three reasons...........

1) I haven't a clue what it is and wondered if anyone can identify it

2) I thought it was really pretty

and 3) it's the only photo I've taken today, which made the decision quite easy :-))
