Long time ago

Had a long day battling in the snow, so I've quickly taken this treasured photo of my mum & sisters from a long time ago. Typical of the time; a run out on a Sunday, bit of heather stuck in the radiator grill ( of the Sunbeam Rapier) drindl skirts, two horizontal print, one vertical -to get the best out of the length of material, Ladybird tops, white socks and Sunday black patent shoes. Mum in her Hebe tweed suit. Oh I can feel & smell every bit of it. Isnt reminisence fab.?
