Elfin Safety rides again.

I was in "having the lugs lowered" and spotted this item.
I was relatively certain its purpose, but checked anyway.
Apparently Barbers (Hairdressers) aren't allowed to use "Cutthroat" razors any more for fear of cross contamination.
Seems it is now one blade per customer irrespective of whether or not blood is drawn. The "blade" consist of what looks like 1/2 of a so-called "Safety Razor" blade.
