After leaving the cardamom fudge I made yesterday to set overnight I then dipped the pieces in melted dark chocolate this evening - oh my!

I also baked a squidgy pumpkin & ginger cake which I've just taken out of the oven.

Have a feeling I might be quite popular at work tomorrow :9)
