All that jazz

Wetmeet

This is the Tarr Steps, an impressive stone footbridge (described as a 'clapper' bridge) over the River Barle in Somerset. With me in the pouring rain were Draco (Karen) and PaulaK with their partners Garri and Duncan. I took a couple of photos of the girls but they were rubbish (the photos that is ;-) ) so you've got this instead.

The photography session didn't last long before we retreated to the nearby Inn for some warm and dry and cream teas with the biggest scones ever seen in England!

How did this all happen? I was visiting Daughter, Son-in-law and Grandson and by chance Karen and Garri were also in Somerset (and Paula and Duncan now live there - lucky people!) so we met up. Very nice it was too...

Still full of cream tea as I write this many hours later!
