Shall I pull the curtains?

Last time I slept in a four poster bed whilst working away, it was in a castle*.

This isn't, it's in a tastefully done outbuilding, although I've had to turn the radiator off and open the window before I melt (see previous blips!).

Horrible horrible drive to get here. Rain and spray and god-awful driving conditions. Rain stopped when I got here, but unfortunately there are no pubs in walking distance so back in the car to find some dinner.





*it was also very lumpy and the deer rutting outside the window was odd, not to mention the peacocks sleeping in the treetops....
