Confederate Rose

I have a bloom on my hibiscus known as the Confederate Rose and lots of buds with promise of many more blooms to come!

My parents had a Moravian Star they hung at the front door each Christmas. When they moved back to Scotland, I got the star and hung it outside my glass sliding doors and left it there 365. Two years ago it decided to give up the ghost. While in Asheville I found a replacement.

When putting my new star up today I saw this nice spider web and had to take a picture to help get in the mood for Halloween.
