Autumn Walk

We had a lazy morning - lots of breakfast and tea!
Then we went out for a lovely Autumn walk. Mrs Z and Mr K's new house backs onto a spinney which leads to more woodland and parkland with ponds and beautiful trees and then the Grand Union Canal. Just gorgeous. And more envy inducing!!
We had a lovely walk with lots of running and leaf kicking.
I love Autumn!!!
And we ended up at the pub for a scrummy lunch.
Then it was a bit of a mad dash back to get Miss L changed, the card written, the present wrapped, the party food prepared, half a cup of tea drunk, the address for the party found and Miss L bundled into the car.
All in about fifteen minutes!!
The party was full of more excited four and five year olds, lots of bubbles, a magician/comedian, music from Frozen, lots of cake and balloons.
There was a slight deviation from the norm when a few of us went to the pub next door for a drink while the little people were being entertained by Mr Marvel!!
Miss L fell asleep on the way home - she's had a heavy weekend!
I won't be too long after her.
