Joie de vivre!

Took my landlady's dog Mayhem out for a walk after work. It was 6-6:30 ish so the light was fading and everywhere was thoroughly soaked- it has rained on and off for several days now. But... none of this dampened Mae's spirits, who has such a zest for life and he just adores having his ball thrown for him. He isn't fazed by wet weather or dim light, and he will beg you to throw it until he cannot run anymore!

Here he is, charging back to me with it, but my camera is a simple point-and-shoot- combined with the low light the result was at the time undesiredly blurry, but in retrospect I quite like it.

He is a lovely brindle Staffie (with a white stripe on his chest and white tips to his paws) who adores people and other dogs. And his ball.
