It rained the whole day, the audit is still going on & my back is in spasm, but all in all life is good. Will have to see how the rest of the week will pan out.

We had chicken with onion & sage and wedges for dinner. All were good, but the onion was divine. Why did I not have this before? Think of all the moments of cullinary heaven that was missed.
