Poetry with a bite!

While I was away last week, conferencing in Umeå, Härnösand was holding its 16th annual poetry festival. According to both my colleagues and the local paper it was a great success.
My blip is of the festival poster. Anyone who has been in Scandinavia during the summer will recognise that insect. And it provides an excellent metaphor for the text which starts...
"Poetry should make itself felt. It should sting, itch, irritate a little."
For those Swedish speakers reading this, the misspelling of "poesi" is just a reminder that we are in Västernorrland, with the county letter Y.
