Thanks first of all for all the concern yesterday after the earthquake. For all it was a biggie in the scale in reality it wasn't so bad. The TV rattled off the cabinet a bit but thankfully still in one piece.

Busy day. Was up at 6am to go for a swim but it was absolutely tipping it down so decided to have an extra half hour in bed.
Got home from work this evening and decided I had better go for my swim- did 24 lengths and then I thought I would be a good, helpful girl and put the pool cover back on. Silly, silly girl! After 20 minutes I realised that it was definitely a two person job!!!!

This looks like an X-ray of ribs or an old zebra :-)
