Went on a course today and the first session was Japanese drumming. It was amazing.... a great way to start the week! Most of it we learnt from memory but this was the cue card. Recommend it for relieving stress! I am off to Malawi tomorrow...all packed, quite a bit less stressed about it than last year. Interesting blips to choose from when I get back, I hope.
