Friday Friendship meet up

In 1976 I went to the Chiltern Nursery Training College in Reading and spent two years with some fabulous friends who since 1999 four of us have been meeting up nearly every year. We started when our own children where old enough to be left for one night with their Daddies. One night because we didn't know how we would get on after all those years........No problem there so Now we meet for two nights and so much has happened in all the years in between, we are older, wiser, worn out, wonderful women and have a laugh, drink eat and try and remember all our moments gone by that we have shared.
This year we meet in Banbury, on my way there I dropped by my truly oldest friend (she is 6 days older than me). It really doesn't mater how often you meet up with true friends they will always be in your heart.
Despite all that has gone in the past they are still as special today as yesterday.
I am truly blessed for all the friends that have shaped my life.
