The Dock at the Bay

While driving MIL to a dentist appt today - I noticed the clouds were parting and there was a great view of Seattle. But I didn't bring the camera because it was pouring when we left the house, so I couldn't get a good shot. We had some time to kill while waiting, so hubby and I went down to Illahee Park (where I did get a great shot of the rainbow that formed briefly, but I didn't want to have 2 sky shots back to back) and walked along the pier.

I could never be land-bound. There is something about being near, or on, the water that is so calming for me.
