Physio

I had a sneaking thought that physio might not be a pleasant walk in the park. And as it turns out it really isn't. But it is quite amazing, I can now put both feet together while standing up with my heels on the floor instead of having my left foot some 6 inches in front my right. With me so far? It is all fairly uncomfortable but the physio lady is fantastic with a very healthy disrespect for all the bureaucracy she is required to follow but great enthusiasm for my ankle. Prognosis is 4-6 weeks before I will be walking sort of normally.

And I made flapjacks and pizza for tea.
