The sleepy fly..

Needed a subject to blip. Wet days are always so much more difficult as indoor photos with an iPad are not very successful . So out I went into the garden with the aim to find an insect of some sort to capture with my proper camera. Amazing , when you want a little critter there are none to be found! However I eventually happened upon this sleepy fly on a conifer. No idea what type it is but it stayed still long enough for me to get a reasonable shot.

Farming - Two boys on compost hauling. Mr Tbay Jnr still away. Weather still wet and windy but looks as if we will be maize silaging again on Friday. Really hope it stays dry for next couple of days otherwise it will be a muddy affair on Friday! Mr Tbay still has stinking cold! Hope that goes away soon too. Another indoor day again.
