Two people I don't know on the beach at Beer in Devon. Brother and sister? Husband and wife? Colleagues? Friends?......who knows? Obviously I don't. And the significants of the ragged flag? Is it old? Distressed like those jeans you can buy? ...who knows? Obviously I don't.
