I've cut some of the gunera leaves that have drooped or snapped due to the heavy rain the other night and raked out the ground around it to let it dry out.

The largest of the leaves is just over 8 feet from point to point and the longest stem is a little over 6 feet. Not bad for a plant that takes about 6 weeks to grow!
