Fig biscuits

Many years ago we discovered figolu biscuits whilst in France. They seem to have a higher fig to pastry ratio than English fig biscuits and are a favourite of ours. We only brought 2 packets back this year, this is the first , the second one may be for Christmas . I'm easily pleased!

Went to home base as we lost two more light bulbs this week, and only had spares for all the other lights in the house! Felt like I'd run a marathon when I got home, but at least I got out.
